Principal Consultant
Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with first-class and distinction, the Principal Consultant has got many certifications in Finance and Management. Those include CPA from the USA, CMA, and CFM from the USA, ACMA from India, and LLB from India. Besides those certifications, have also done and continue doing various related courses to keep updated with the industry.
Started career as an Accountant in a Manufacturing group in India in 1994, have moved to Dubai in 1998 to start with a reputed local group. Thereafter have worked with different local and multinational companies on different senior roles in Finance, and Operations.
Left the work in 2013 from a US multinational company in Dubai and started Finance and Management Consulting as BDJ Consult.

CA Rakesh Tiwari
Rakesh Tiwari, an Indian national with more than 25 years of post qualification experience in Finance, Audit, and Management Consulting. With a Master Degree in Commerce he is a Certified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 1992. Since then he is an Associate Member of ICAI.
With experience of over 25 years he is well versed in Finance, Accounts, Audit, Budgeting, Business Plan, Business Valuation, Feasibility Studies, Taxation (VAT and Excise), IFRS and US GAAP reporting. He is keep on improving his knowledge in legal and regulatory compliances implemented in UAE from time to time like AML, ESR, UBO etc.
He has started his career after CA certification, from grass-root level of finance and account with one of the largest conglomerate in India Tata International Limited way back in early 90’s. He worked with Al Habtoor Trading Enterprises LLC as a Group CFO for almost 20 years. Without looking back now he has experience of working for various sectors including Trading, Automobile, Manufacturing, Investment, Hospitality, Real estate and many more.
During his tenure with AHTE, he has achieve various milestones in growing the Group to various verticals in different countries. His number savvy and critical thinking helps in creating and disposing off various units from time to time.

Chartered Accountant having over 25 years in-depth experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance with leading organizations in different industries.
Started career in accounting and administration in 2008 with a company in Georgia moved to Dubai in April 2000 Since then working with different companies in different industries in Dubai. Having hands on experience in finance, accounting, taxation etc. More expertise on implementations of various ERPs and business solutions as required by the business. Worked with MS-Dynamics and Great Plains, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo and various ERPs and softwares.
